Venison Sausage Scramble

1 lb of sausage(I use venison but you can use pork)
3 potatoes peeled and diced
4 eggs

Scramble fry the sausage in a large skillet. Drain off excess fat to use to fry the potatoes.  Fry potatoes then add the sausage back in and break the eggs over the mixture.  Stir until the eggs coat the mixture and are done.  You can spice things up by adding salsa to the mix.  Can be served in soft taco shells or with biscuits.

Daddy's Corn Casserole

Daddy's Corn casserole:

1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
