SAUSAGE COOKIES
1 lb. Jimmy Dean hot sausage or your choice 1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. Bisquick mix 2 c. cheddar cheese (optional) Mix ingredients and roll into balls the size of walnuts,then flatten with a fork. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 or 20 minutes.   Dip 1  cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup ketsup mustard to taste
