The great thing

about this punch recipe is that you can change the color to match the occasion.  We use orange or green for Halloween, cherry for Christmas and Valentine's Day.  You can add sherbet if you like, but it's great without.  Have fun with it!!

Try it once, and you'll never go back to your old way of cooking it! So Moist .. My family begs for it ~ Debbie Ingredients: 2 lbs ground beef 2 eggs, beaten 3/4 C milk 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 3 slices bread, crumbled or torn into small pieces 1/2 C diced onion 1 envelope dry Ranch Dressing mix 1/2 C ketchup Directions: Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs. Allow to soften (about 20 minutes). Combine this mixture with ground beef, onion, ranch pack, and ketchup. Mound in a greased crockpot. Cover the top of the mixture with additional ketchup. Chocolate gravy was one of the things that my Mom was most popular for making.  It was the greatest sweet treat that a kid could have.  If you've never had it you don't know what you've missed!  It's thick and when it's hot and you put it over butter biscuits, OH MY!!!!

Oven Fried Veggies

This recipe works with green tomatoes, zucchini, pattypan and yellow squash. 2 lbs. green tomatoes or any type squash, sliced 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs 1 c. milk/you can add an egg to help the bread crumbs stick better Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Dip squash in milk and drop in baggy with bread crumbs. Shake to coat. Spread in single layer on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with your favorite cooking spray. Bake in oven 8-12 minutes, turning once.   I sometimes slice my squash the length of the veggie.
