Traditional Family Food
Sometimes you forget how important little things can be. I started this blog years ago to pass down some family favorites to my daughter and daughter in laws. Now I have added granddaughters to that list as well as my readers here. Over time life has gotten in the way of me keeping it updated. Yesterday I was reminded just how important it is to add things here. Even if it is just something simple to keep the blog active. One of my great grandson's, yes I said great grandson's, I have four of them. Anyway, the one in question will turn one at the end of this month. His mom, my granddaughter messaged me and ask for the chocolate gravy recipe. It's a timeless recipe passed down from my Mom. Of course I gave it to her. She wanted to see if he liked it before she started her own first family tradition. Which of course he loved it! I don't know very many children who don't love chocolate.
